What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We ship Royal Mail 1st class for all our packages. These normally take 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL

We use Royal Mail’s International shipping service. Delivery times will vary depending on destination. Please allow 10-14 days.

Are your items handmade?

Yes! I design, make and test all the products myself.

How do I order wholesale?

Please get in touch via email if you would like to stock my products.

Can you make something specific for me?

Yes! Please get in touch and I’ll work with you to find the perfect solution.

How long will my order take?

I aim to dispatch orders within 5 days of the order placement. If I am away from my workshop then I will place a message on the order page with an estimated dispatch date for your information.

What is your returns policy?

All our products are guaranteed for a year (with intended use) any faults can be reported via email and replacements or repairs can be made.

Any returns of unwanted items will be accepted within 45 days of original order and refunded minus shipping costs.

Can you make repairs or adjustments to existing purchases?

Yes! Please email me with your issue and I will endeavour to repair or modify your product. BioThane is incredibly long lasting in the right conditions and adjustments can be made (i.e. adding a handle attachment point) on returning the item to me. Please get in touch for costs and instructions.
